Graphic Designer
Full time: £23,000 – £28,000

Are you a talented Graphic Designer looking to work with some of the world’s largest brands and retailers?

We have an exciting opportunity for a graphic designer with a passion for creating work that wows. From beautiful design, through to strategic thinking and client handling skills, this role will be an ideal fit an “all-rounder”.

We are a small creative marketing agency with a big track record, giving you the chance to work with a diverse list of high-profile clients. In recent years we have worked with global brands and retailers such as LG, Pyrex, Samsung, Topshop, Sainsbury’s and some of the world’s most prolific car and mobile phone manufacturers.

A passion for design is a must, along with an interest in typography. You will have an inquisitive mind, keeping up-to-date with current trends and techniques. You will have a well-rounded design background, preferably with a relevant degree in design and be able to see solutions to creative challenges.

You must be a confident individual to support a fast-paced and fun team. You will have a willingness to learn, a professional attitude and enthusiasm in abundance. The role is ideally suited to a design graduate or someone with at least three years’ previous experience in a commercial graphic design role.

The candidate

Key Skills / Attributes

  • A good eye for composition and a creative approach
  • Excellent Adobe Creative skills (PhotoShop, Illustrator and InDesign)
  • Experience of artworking for print, balancing a wide range of timelines
  • An understanding of UI and UX principals and digital design for web and apps –coding is not required (simple WordPress management an advantage)
  • Ability to work in a busy integrated agency working on a wide range of design material, including websites, print and brand identities.
  • Being collaborative and flexible is essential

Our offices are located in the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside near Thame. In order to get to our office you will need to be able to drive. Junior Graphic Designer
Full time: £18,000 – £20,000

The candidate

Videographer

With a passion for storytelling, from capturing the moving or still image through to editing and motion graphics, this role will be an ideal fit an “all-rounder”. You will be a committed team player with a passion for creating work that wows.

The candidate

  • Video capture either working with a director or self-directed

Projects will be many and varied. Working on a mix of global brands and hidden gems, no two weeks will be the same: from product movies to interviews, lifestyle photography to social media content, and all with a critical attention to detail. We’re looking for an individual with plenty of enthusiasm, bags of creative ideas and a passion to succeed, who is equally comfortable flying solo or working as part of a larger production team.

You will have the ability to see how information can be presented creatively and to communicate ideas through storyboards, written creative treatments and moodboards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Media based degree (desirable but not essential)
  • Skilful DSLR camera operator
  • Minimum of three years’ video-production experience
  • Solid post production knowledge

You will help create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The account manager’s role will be to foster relationships, oversee projects and actively seek new sales opportunities.

You will be dynamic, creative, motivated and confident. We’re looking for a real people person who’s outgoing and sociable. You will have excellent organisational and time management skills, a good business sense and the ability to work to budgets.

Responsibilities

  • The main point of contact for customer account management matters

The candidate

You’ll be an integral part of the development team, working on current and upcoming projects developing digital solutions that engage audiences and promote global brands. Whether it’s a high-impact microsite, or an award-winning engagement app, we will expect you to be able to take a lead in shaping and implementing our key products.

Our ideal candidate either has at least three years’ experience in web development or is a graduate with a computing-related degree and real-world experience.
