Humble beginnings

LOFTY AMBITIONS

When our WrightObara adventure began back in 2010 we wanted the business to be a company that people wanted to work both with and for. In essence we wanted to have fun producing exceptional work for clients who loved working with us. To this day we strive to deliver world-class projects while at the same time valuing our fantastic team.

Best advice

HONEST AND IMPARTIAL

We believe in doing the right thing for our clients too. That’s why we’re not afraid to give best advice, even if that means less work for ourselves. We’d rather have delighted clients that keep coming back, rather than clients that feel they’ve been taken for a ride. If you’d like to know more about what it’s like working with us, get in touch and we can put you in contact with one of our clients who would be happy to give you the low-down on their experience with us.

Over the years we have been fortunate that most of our work has come through recommendation, we aim to do a good job and are thankful that our clients are happy to share our details with friends and colleagues who they think will also benefit from working with us. A bonus is that this means we don’t spend lots of money on advertising, savings that we pass on to our clients.

More than just work

A FORCE FOR GOOD

On top of just doing the work, we believe that business should be a force for good and we look to work with clients who share our values. We’re committed to making a difference in our community and taking care of the environment, running our business in a sustainable way. We always try to do the right thing. We may not always succeed, but we learn from our mistakes to do better next time.

Over the years we have been involved in many charitable activities, and now we’re taking it up a notch by formalising our giving process and are offering our clients an opportunity to participate too. Starting in January 2024 every new budget we create will include a 1% discretionary donation line item. WrightObara will double the impact by matching every client’s donation. All these funds will be paid straight to our chosen charities.

In 2024, we’re thrilled to support our local heroes, The Sharing Life Trust (a fantastic foodbank), and nationally the Alzheimer’s Society UK. These charities make a real difference in the lives of people facing some incredibly tough times. Together, our donations will make a tangible difference.
