We want to make booking a conversation with WrightObara as straightforward as possible. These terms simply explain what to expect when you book a discovery call with us.
A discovery call is an initial conversation to learn a little more about your business, brand, marketing challenges and what you might need help with.
It also gives you a chance to learn more about WrightObara, how we work and whether we might be a good fit for each other.
There is no charge for the call and no obligation to work with us afterwards.
When you book a call, you’ll be asked to choose an available time and provide the information we need to arrange the meeting.
Please make sure the contact details you give us are correct so that we can send you confirmation and joining information.
If you can no longer make the meeting, please cancel or rearrange it using the link provided in your booking confirmation where possible.
Occasionally, something unexpected may mean we need to rearrange a call. If that happens, we’ll contact you as soon as we reasonably can and find another suitable time.
Booking or taking part in a discovery call does not create a client relationship or commit either you or WrightObara to working together.
Any initial thoughts, observations or suggestions discussed during the call are part of an exploratory conversation. They should not be treated as a formal recommendation, proposal, quotation or agreed scope of work.
If we decide to work together, the details of the project, fees, responsibilities and relevant terms will be agreed separately.
We’ll treat information you share with us with care. However, a discovery call does not in itself create a formal confidentiality agreement.
If you need to discuss commercially sensitive or confidential information that requires specific protection, please let us know beforehand so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
We won’t record a discovery call without letting you know and obtaining your agreement.
We use the information you provide when booking a call to arrange the meeting, communicate with you about it and respond to your enquiry. You can find more information about how WrightObara handles personal information in our Privacy Policy.
If you have any questions about your booking or these terms, please contact WrightObara through the contact details on our website.
